We feature 4 different Studio Apartment floor plans, each with its own unique style. The first and 2nd floor studios have a large central room, full kitchens and baths, inside-laundry and outdoor patios or balconies. Our 3rd floor studios feature a “great room” concept with 9′ to 14′ vaulted ceilings, a deluxe bathroom, inside laundry and dual closets.

1 Bedroom Apartments

Our 1 bedroom apartments feature bay windows and patio/balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor. 3rd floor apartments feature stunning 9ft to 15 ft vaulted ceilings and extra spaciousness, plus a shared balcony over looking our garden area. There are 3 different 1 bedroom floor plans to choose from.

2 Bedroom Apartments

Large and spacious or efficient and compact. You have that kind of choice with our 2 bedroom apartments. Our first floor 2 bedroom is super efficient in space use and fully accessible, including the large washer/dryer. Our 2nd floor 2 bedroom unit is a massive 1,000 sq ft+. It features a huge 22 ft “great room”, a “master-suite” with bathroom and dual closets, plus a well-sized 2nd bedroom and full bath.
